You can fish, swim or dive from the deck of one of our houseboats or just sit back, relax and soak up the Florida Keys sun.

Our houseboats sleep up to 8 people, so we suggest you bring another family along to share the fun. Sleeping on the roof deck under the Florida Keys star-filled sky is an experience your kids will love.

There is no other vacation accommodation that can offer such a unique experience. Nature will surely delight you. It is common to see manatee feeding on aquatic vegetation, or a dolphin swimming slowly through the crystal waters of the Florida Keys.

It's your Florida Keys vacation home afloat. All houseboats are completely furnished to satisfy your every need. A fully equipped galley is designed for easy, efficient meal preparation including a refrigerator / freezer, range top and dinette. There is a full bathroom with a hot and cold shower. We even added a gas barbecue on the back deck and deck furniture on the rooftop sundeck.

Our houseboats are fun, safe and simple to maneuver. Before you head out, a marina instructor will walk you through the boat and explain simple navigation. You'll have hands on instruction in starting, stopping and steering as well as a few tips on anchoring. You will feel totally confident before taking the helm and beginning your Florida Keys houseboat adventure.

Once on the water, a good map and marked buoys will make it easy to chart your course (charts supplied). We equip each vessel with all the safety equipment required by the U.S. Coast Guard. We also include a Florida Keys Cruising Guide which has a detailed chart showing all the navigable waterways.  Cruising range is 20 miles of shore line on Florida Bay only.   Houseboats are not allowed on oceanside.

Spend your evenings anchored in a secluded cove where a sunset in the Florida Keys is more than just the end of the day. It's beauty and magic will leave you spellbound, and give you a feeling of closure to a perfect day. You will awake to a glowing sunrise amidst the tropical palms. (We also rent 18 foot skiffs and other boats with motors so you can leave your houseboat anchored safely while you go fishing or exploring the small islands and coves. When you have more options, you have more fun!)

We are located just 18 miles south of Key Largo and just minutes away from dolphin shows at Theater of the Sea and Holiday Isle's nightlife. Key West is only an hour and a half drive away by car for the perfect day trip. You can do it all - or just do nothing. Houseboats are a great vacation for campers, boaters and outdoors people.  These boats are like floating R.V.'s.  THe nice thing about Houseboats is you choose where you want to anchor.  You can BBQ everynight, or if you want to go out to a restaurant, rent one of the smaller boats for water access to local dining.   Restaurants do not have adequate dockage for the Houseboats.

 

We will be glad to help book your off shore or backcountry fishing charter or dive charters.
