Fishing!" Announces Spring 2005 Seminar Schedule For ladies who are interested in learning or fine-tuning their fishing skills, check out the "Ladies, Let's Go Fishing!" seminars and events scheduled in 2005. Hosted by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and presented by Mercury, the full-weekend seminars begin with a welcome reception on Friday evening. On Saturday morning, classroom sessions on offshore, inshore, bottom and fly fishing are conducted at beginner and advanced levels. Lunch and an afternoon of hands-on skill practice follows, featuring catch and release, spin, net and fly casting, boat handling, knot tying, trailer backing and more. On Sunday, participants can choose to fish on boats or from a pier. Weekend seminar dates and locations are: March 4-6/Ft. Lauderdale, April 22- 24/Stuart, Aug. TBA/Sarasota, and Oct. 14- 16/Islamorada. Special events include: July TBA/Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo, FL and July 7-11/Alaska. Male guests are invited to some of the special events.
