| Traveling From:
NORTH |
Take I95 South until it ends and becomes US1 (aka South
Dixie Hwy.) Drive approximately 3 miles and make a left turn at SW
27Ave. Drive down SW 27Ave. approximately 1 mile, make a left onto S.
Bayshore Dr. You will see the Coconut Grove Convention Center on your
right side. Make the first right turn onto Pan American Dr. Drive past
divider with the trees on your left, and the parking lot for Scotty's
Landing & Grove Key Marina will be on the left.

| SOUTH | Take South Dixie Hwy. (US1) north and make a right onto SW
27 Ave. Drive down SW 27Ave. approximately 1 mile, make a left onto S.
Bayshore Dr. You will see the Coconut Grove Convention Center on your
right side. Make the first right turn onto Pan American Dr. Drive past
divider with the trees on your left, and the parking lot for Scotty's
Landing & Grove Key Marina will be on the left.
Alternate Route: if you are coming from the Palmetto Expressway, take the exit for the Dolphin Expressway going EAST. Then, off the Dolphin, take the exit marked SW 27 Ave SOUTH. Drive all the way down 27th Ave. until you reach South Bayshore Drive. Make a left onto S. Bayshore Dr. You will see the Coconut Grove Convention Center on your right side. Make the first right turn onto Pan American Dr. Drive past divider with the trees on your left, and the parking lot for Scotty's Landing & Grove Key Marina will be on the left. |

NORTH |
Follow the markers for the Intracoastal Waterway going SOUTH. This will take you under the Rickenbacker Causeway Bridge. Continue south in the ICW passing green marker #71 . Right before statute mile 1095 on the ICW you will see a marked channel to starboard that runs alongside a spoil island. The channel will be north of the island. Towards the ICW there is a flashing red marker which has a "2" on it. The channel is beyond it and has no flashing lights. The makers begin at the tip of the island. Remember to stay well within the boundaries of the channel, as the depths to the south and north of the channel are shallow. At the end of the channel you will see on the port side of your bow a restaurant with outdoor seating. That is Scotty's Landing. If you pass the spoil island you will see another channel to the south of it, which runs alongside it also. That is the entrance channel to Dinner Key Marina and you can reach Scotty's from there also. The very first marker of that channel is a flashing green marked "1." Its markers begin far out from the island. If you take this channel, when you reach the flashing green marker "15" turn towards starboard and around the docks of Pier 1 of Dinner Key Marina. Scotty's Landing is behind Pier 1. |
| SOUTH | Follow the markers for the Intracoastal Waterway going NORTH. Continue north until you pass Statute Mile 1095. You will see a large anchorage and a spoil island. The marked entrance channel for Scotty's is north of the spoil island, on your port side. Turn into the channel, remembering to stay well within the boundaries of the channel, as the depths to the north and south of the channel are shallow. At the end of the channel you will see on the port side of your bow a restaurant with outdoor seating. That is Scotty's Landing. There is also a marked and lit channel to the south of the spoil island which leads to Dinner Key Marina. You can reach Scotty's Landing by heading down that channel, and when you reach the flashing green marker "15," turn towards starboard and sail around the docks of Pier 1 of Dinner Key Marina. Scotty's Landing is behind Pier 1. |
