| Photos below: Derecktor Shipyard in Mamaroneck, NY in Nov. 2003. We now have Felloship in a boat yard in North Carolina. She is ready to survey. We have cleaned the hull and will put a couple of coats of Interlux bottom paint made especially for aluminum hulls in salt water. The second family of 3 sailed her from Florida to Trinidad (for hurricane season) every year for 6 years. We lived aboard this French sailing catamaran for 5 years, sailed offshore, Gulf Stream from the Keys to Long Island a couple of times while working and raising 3 children. This is definitely the cruising catamaran to go anywhere in the world. We now have 5 children and have seen the need for more than one bathroom. LOL! We have been chartering "Fellowship" some. | |

Layout & Accomodations:
The French family that commissioned to have her built sailed her to the African former French colony, the Ivory Coast, to have the interior finished in acume and mahogony. Her interior is classic and very cozy.

There are two double staterooms forward, both have hanging lockers and multiple
shelf storage, plus additional storage
space forward of the cabins. The bunks are very comfy and fit queen sized
matresses. There are three large rectagular
windows in each cabin, plus a large square hatch above each bunk.
This is the captain's berth with fold down chart table and plenty of shelf space in the aft port hull. There is also a ton of space beneath the bunk.

The head with shower and Lavac toilet is in the aft starboard hull. The head also has shelf storage. The galley is located in the center of the starboard hull and features generous counter space and storage. There is a double sink, hot and cold pressure water, salt water foot pump, 3 burner propane stove/oven, and a Coolmatic Fridge w/freezer (12 volt) new in 2003.
The salon is center. There is a table and seating for 6. The salon also
features bookshelves and storage under the settee.
The salon table also drops down and forms a large queen
sized bed (see photos below).

Salon table drops to create a huge bed. Cushions fit
together to make the mattress. It easily sleeps the whole family or 6 adults.

Cold Water Affecting Fishing Destinations in South Florida Some fishing guides must adjust their fishing destinations to take advantage of the fish that can handle the colder temperatures. |
|
Heading South for the Winter Heading south for the winter is looking better than ever. With fuel prices to heat homes steadily going up, and the “global climate change” keeping the trend of temperatures steadily going down, getting colder with each season, heading to Ft. Lauderdale, Miami or even farther, the Florida Keys looks and sounds better than ever. Bringing [...] |

Yacht Charters The season is coming and the weather is right in south Florida for sailing, fishing, diving or just any kind of watersports you are looking to splash into. The weather got cold really early up north in the U.S. bringing the “snowbirds” down a little sooner, and we are also getting prepared for the tourists [...] |

Most water sports are always “in season” in Florida for me, at least mid Florida and south to the Keys. And then the Bahamas are just [...] |
