Docks for Sale - Read the following Terms and Conditions to list your DOCK FOR SALE.

Rates

  • Broker, Marina or Business - If you are a broker or represent a business (i.e. marina, dockominium, yacht club, developer, real estate broker, etc.), you may list your dock/slip/dockominium for sale by purchasing a Broker or Business Ad for $125 for one year.
    • This includes a Featured Listing - Text ad with description, contact info, email link, website link and photo, appears above basic ads.
    • A Courtesy Listing in our directory under marinas or waterfront property.
    • You can make changes to your listing throughout the year (included in cost).
    • Ad tracking statistics program to monitor how many people see your ad and click on your links.
  • Non-Business Waterfront Property Owners
    • Basic Listing - Text ad with description, phone number and email. $25 for 6 months, $40 for one year. For private owners only (not businesses or brokers).
    • Featured Listing - Text ad with description, contact info, email link, website link and photo, appears above basic ads. $50 for 6 months, $80 for one year. For private owners only (not businesses or brokers).

  • Ads will be published once payment has been received. You will be directed to a payment form after you submit your dockage information.
