The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Village of Key Biscayne Police Department and other law enforcement partners will be working closely to address boating safety and boating under the influence issues during the
Key Biscayne Regatta, scheduled for Saturday, March 12. The annual event brings hundreds of boaters to Key Biscayne.
"The Village of Key Biscayne Police Department, along with federal, state and local law enforcement partners will be enforcing all maritime laws, local ordinances and safety violations during this weekend's Key Biscayne Regatta," said Village of Key
Biscayne Chief of Police Charles Press. "There will be a zero-tolerance policy in effect for any observed violations."
