Port St. Lucie, FL - The Chapel Development announces a new dockage facility to be built at the mouth of the Port St. Lucie Inlet. The new facility, to be named Chapel Yacht Club will sell 40 boat slips, each accommodating up to a 52' yacht. Slip ownership will include 1/40th ownership of the entire property, a boat slip,and it's facilities. Owners can sell their percentage of ownership to anyone or quit claim it to any family member.

The Chapel Yacht Club property is located on a major deep water inlet, just seconds from both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, with direct access to oceanside beaches, restaurants, hotels, motels and neighboring marinas, as well as direct access to the City Water Taxi station, providing access to many locations in Port St. Lucie.

The Chapel Development is offering a pre-sale discount on slips, until May 11th, 2007. Currently, slips are projected to be sold in excess of $500,000, however during the pre-sale period the slip prices are $400,000.

In addition to the 40 slips, Chapel Yacht Club will also feature an elite 3-story club house on the property. Proposed uses for the club house are two storefronts on the first floor along with a reception center for the boat owners. The second story will be key card entrance, only for the boaters. This will consist of rest rooms, dressing area, lockers (men & women), workout area, home theater room, warming kitchen and kitchen set up for their personal use. The third story will be a Recreational Hall along with a deck overlooking the water, for Weddings, parties, Barmitzvah's, Business Meetings, Fishing Tournaments, etc., accommodating 150-200 persons.

The boat slips will have their own electricity, running water, and web satellite security cameras covering the entire property & docks. The boat owner can view their boat on the web 24/7 and access backup video for 2 months. There will be key card entry only to the boat slips.
